NB-UVB联合糠酸莫米松治疗慢性斑块状银屑病疗效观察

目的:观察窄谱中波紫外线(narrow band ultraviolet B,NB-UVB)联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性斑块状银屑病的临床疗效。方法:125例慢性斑块状银屑病患者随机分为三组,治疗组(43例)进行NB-UVB联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗,对照1组(41例)NB-UVB单独照射,对照2组(41例)糠酸莫米松乳膏单独外擦,疗程8周。以银屑病皮损面积和严重度指数(PASI)评价疗效,并观察出现的不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照1组和对照2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应较对照1组和对照2组轻微。结论:糠酸莫米松乳膏为治疗慢性斑块状银屑病疗效较好的药物,NB-UVB联合糠酸莫米松乳膏治疗慢性斑块状银屑病具有协同作用,并可减少单独使用NB-UVB或糠酸莫米松乳膏的不良反应。

Clinical observation on effect of narrow band ultraviolet B combined with mometasone furoate in treating chronic plaque psoriasis

Objective To study the therapeutic effect of narrow band ultraviolet B(NB-UVB) combined with mometasone furoate for chronic plaque psoriasis.Method 125 patients with chronic plaque psoriasis were randomly divided into three groups.43 cases in the treatment group received NB-UVB combined with mometasone furoate therapy.41 cases in control group 1 were given NB-UVB therapy only,and 41 cases in control group 2 were given mometasone furoate therapy treatment only.8 weeks was a therapeutic course.The efficacy of treatment was evaluated by Psoriasis Area and Severity Index(PASI) scores.The occurrence of side effects was observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group 1 or control group 2.There was a statistically significant difference(<0.05) between treatment group and control group.The treatment group had a lower adverse effect rate compared with the control.Conclusion Mometasone furoate is an effective agent for treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis.NB-UVB combined with mometasone furoate for the treatment of chronic plaque psoriasis has better curative effect,with mild adverse reactions.
