MMP-2、MMP-9与胃癌侵袭、转移的关系

目的探讨MMP-2、MMP-9的表达与胃癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法检测44例胃癌患者胃黏膜标本中MMP-2、MMP-9的表达情况。结果有浆膜浸润的胃癌患者其MMP-2、MMP-9的阳性表达率均显著高于无浆膜浸润的胃癌患者(均P<0.01),有淋巴结转移的胃癌患者其MMP-2、MMP-9的阳性表达率均显著高于无淋巴结转移的胃癌患者(均P<0.01)。结论 MMP-2、MMP-9表达与胃癌侵袭、转移有关,其表达增加提示胃癌有较高的恶性生物学行为。MMP-2、MMP-9可能成为评价胃癌恶性生物学特性的指标。

Relationship of Matrix Metalloproteinase-2 and-9 Expression to Gastric Carcinoma Invasion and Metastasis

Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of matrix metalloproteinases-2（MMP-2） and matrix metalloproteinases-9（MMP-9） to gastric carcinoma invasion and metastasis.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to determine the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in 44 cases of gastric carcinoma.Results The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression in patients with serosal invasion or lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those in patients without serosal invasion or lymph node metastasis（P0.01）.Conclusion The expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 is positively correlated with gastric carcinoma invasion and metastasis,indicating that the up-regulation of MMP-2 and MMP-9 expression involves biological character of gastric carcinoma.Therefore,MMP-2 and MMP-9 may be the indicators to evaluate the biological characters of gastric carcinoma.
