| 摘 要： | 目的评价超声引导下穿刺治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿的临床价值。方法回顾性分析48例经超声引导下穿刺治疗卵巢巧克力囊肿患者的临床资料。结果 48例患者64个巧克力囊肿中50个治愈,12个治疗有效,2个无效,治愈率为78.1%、有效率为96.9%、失败率为3.1%。结论超声引导下穿刺治疗巧克力囊肿是一种创伤小、操作简单、成功率高、反复治疗、费用低的微创介入超声手术,具有极大的推广应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound-guided puncture in treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst.Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with ovarian chocolate cyst punctured under the guidance of ultrasound were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 64 ovarian chocolate cysts in 48 cases,50 cysts were cured,12 cysts showed good response,and 2 cysts showed poor response.The effective rate was 96.9%,recovery rate was 78.1%,and failure rate was 3.1%.Conclusion The treatment of ovarian chocolate cyst under the guidance of ultrasound is a less invasive,easy operable,highly successful and less expensive interventional method,which is of applicable value clinically. |
