枚举法联合普查法估计江门市暗娼规模

目的：了解江门市城区暗娼规模,为客观分析艾滋病性病流行形势、科学开展艾滋病性病防控工作提供依据。方法：采用枚举法对高档和中档暗娼人群规模进行估计,采用普查法对低档暗娼人群规模进行估计。结果：江门市城区暗娼规模估计数为3 668～4 375人,其中低档暗娼人数估计为263人;中档暗娼人数估计为1 072人;高档暗娼的95%CI估计人数为2 333～3 040人。结论：江门市城区暗娼人群人数较多,多种艾滋病高危人群规模估计方法联合应用能较为科学地获取暗娼规模估计数。

Estimation of the Population Size of Female Sex Workers in Jiangmen with Enumeration and Census Methods

Objective：To estimate the total number of female sex workers（FSWs） in Jiangmen city,to provide evidence for analysis on AIDS/STDs epidemic situation,to guide the formulation of AIDS/STDs prevention and control strategies. Methods：The population of high-tier and mid-tier FSWs was estimated with enumeration method,and the population of low-tier FSWs was estimated with census method. Results：The estimated number of total population of FSWs was 3 668~4 375,with the low-tiers FSWs estimated at 263,the mid-tier FSWs estimated at 1 072 people,and the high-tier FSWs estimated at 2 333~3 040. Conclusion：The population of FSWs in Jiangmen is rather large,and the size can be calculated relatively accurately through a combination of diverse methods for estimation of high risk population for HIV.
