腋静脉穿刺置管在重症监护病房中的应用

目的探讨腋静脉穿刺置管在重症监护病房(ICU)中的运用。方法将240例ICU住院患者按穿刺部位不同分为2组:对照组132例,进行锁骨下静脉穿刺置管;试验组108例,进行腋静脉穿刺置管。结果试验组穿刺一次成功率、穿刺时间、误穿动脉率、发生气胸率分别为81.5%、(13±4)min、0.0%、0.0%,对照组分别为92.4%、(8±3)min、2.3%、1.5%。2组各项参数比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腋静脉穿刺置管并发症少,安全性高,对于ICU危重患者有很高的临床应用价值。

Application of Axillary Vein Puncture and Catheterization in ICU

Objective To investigate the application of axillary vein puncture and catheterization in ICU.Methods A total of 240 ICU patients were assigned to receive either subclavian vein puncture and catheterization（control group,n=132） or axillary vein puncture and catheterization（experimental group,n=108）.Results One-attempt puncture success rate,puncture time,mistaken artery puncture rate and pneumothorax rate were 81.5%,（13±4）minutes,0.0% and 0.0% in experimental group and 92.4%,（8±3）minutes,2.3% and 1.5% in control group,with significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Axillary vein catheterization is a valuable treatment and results in fewer complications and higher safety in ICU patients.
