麻醉前利多卡因气管黏膜表面麻醉对全身麻醉后苏醒质量的影响

目的观察麻醉前利多卡因气管黏膜表面麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊摘除术患者全身麻醉后苏醒质量的影响。方法选择ASAⅠ-Ⅱ级,年龄35～55岁,需行腹腔镜胆囊摘除的患者40例,采用随机数字表法,分为对照组20例和试验组20例,分别在诱导后给予普通生理盐水4mL或2%利多卡因4mL对舌根部、咽喉部和气管黏膜表面麻醉,比较2组患者麻醉苏醒期收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、心率(HR)的变化及VAS评分、苏醒期躁动程度。结果与对照组相比,试验组患者麻醉苏醒期SBP、DBP及HR显著降低(P<0.05),术后VAS评分亦显著降低(P<0.05)。结论麻醉前利多卡因气管黏膜表面麻醉可提高腹腔镜胆囊摘除患者全身麻醉后苏醒质量。

Effects of Topical Anesthesia of Trachea Mucosa with Lidocaine before General Anesthesia on Analepsia Quality

Objective To investigate the effects of topical anesthesia of trachea mucosa with lidocaine before general anesthesia on analepsia quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Forty ASAⅠ-Ⅱ patients（aged 35-55 years） undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly assigned to receive either 0.9% NaCl（control group） or 4 mL 2% lidocaine（experiment group） for topical anesthesia of lingual root,throat and trachea mucosa.Systolic blood pressure（SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,heart rate（HR）,visual analogue scale（VAS） scores,agitation degree and residence time in post-anesthctic ICU（PACU） were recorded in analepsia period.Results Compared with control group,SBP,DBP,HR and VAS scores significantly decreased in lidocaine group in analepsia period（P0.05）.Conclusion Topical anesthesia of trachea mucosa with lidocaine before general anesthesia can improve the analepsia quality in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
