摘    要:目的评价超声在经皮肾镜钬激光治疗复杂性肾结石及输尿管上段结石中的应用价值。方法对95例复杂性肾结石及输尿管上段结石患者,在经皮肾镜钬激光碎石治疗时,超声在术前、引导穿刺术中及术后随访过程中的应用结果进行回顾分析。结果 95例患者在超声引导下,100%建立良好的皮肾通道。同时对术中手术困难环节及术后疗效随访中超声也发挥有效作用。结论超声引导对经皮肾镜钬激光碎石治疗的患者经皮肾通道的建立起到关键性作用,正确使用超声技术能为顺利进行手术提供帮助,且能诊断术后并发症,术后随访治疗效果,具有很高的实用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasound technology in percutaneous nephrolithotomy with high-power holmium laser in the treatment of kidney and upper ureteral stones.Methods A total of 95 patients underwent percutaneous nephrolithotomy with high-power holmium laser under the guidance of ultrasound.The data of preoperative diagnosis and postoperative follow-up were analyzed retrospectively.Results The nephroscope channel was successfully punctured in all 95 cases.Ultrasound played effective roles in difficult patients intraoperatively and postoperative follow-up.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided technology plays a key role in building channel for percutaneous nephrolithotomy with high-power holmium laser.It is valuable in the diagnosis of complications and postoperative follow-up clinically.
