摘    要:目的:探讨原发性高血压患者动态血压与左室肥厚的关系及临床意义。方法:对65例原发性高血压患者进行24h动态血压监测和超声心动图检查,分成杓型和非杓型两组,比较血压昼夜变化与室间隔、左心室舒张末期内径、左心室后壁厚度、左心室重量等指标。结果:非杓型组左心室肥厚的程度及24h平均收缩压、夜间平均收缩压、睡眠时最低收缩压较杓型组显著增高。结论:高血压病患者夜间血压水平与血压昼夜节律性变化对左室肥厚的发生、发展起着重要作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the relationship between the circadian variation of blood pressure and left ventricular hypertrophy in patients with essential hypertension and its clinical significance.Methods: 65 cases of essential hypertension were monitored for circadian blood pressure and examined for echocardiography to identify and compare the circadian variation of blood pressure,the thickness of ventricular interlar,inner diameter of left ventricle in the diastolic telophase,the thickness of rear wall of the left ventricle and weight of the left ventricle.Results: In comparison with dipper hypertension group,the non-dipper hypertension group had higher thickness of left ventricle,and higher 24h average systolic blood pressure,night-time systolic blood pressure,and lowest sleeping blood pressure.Conclusion: The night-time blood pressure level and blood pressure circadian rhythm play an important role in the occurrence and development of left ventricle thickness.
