鞘蕊苏复方治疗肺热证的临床研究

研究鞘蕊苏复方对于急性肺系疾病肺热证的疗效。采用前瞻性研究 ,随机数字表法随机分组 ,Ridit和t检验。结果 ,鞘蕊苏复方对急性肺系疾病肺热证的总有效率为 91 43% ,总有效率优于对照组 ;对于中医辨证中的肺咳、哮病具有较好的疗效 ,总有效率优于对照组 ,对于肺胀的总有效率与对照组相当 ;对于中医诊断的风热犯肺、痰热蕴肺证均具有较好的疗效 ,总有效率优于对照组 ;对于西医诊断的急支和哮喘具有较好的疗效 ,总有效率优于对照组 ,对于慢支的总有效率与对照组相当。治疗后总体积分平均值和症状、体征单项积分平均值明显低于治疗前。鞘蕊苏复方对于急性肺系疾病肺热证患者具有良好的疗效 ,值得临床应用。

Clinical Investigation about the Therapeutic Efficacy on the Lung heat Syndrome of Acute Pulmonary System Disease With Composite Qiao Ruisu

Objective: To clinical investigate into the therapeutic efficacy on the lung heat syndrome of acute pulmonary system disease with Composite Qiao ruisu. Methods: Designed by prospective investigation,groups were divided by random figure table,the Ridit and t test were also used. Results: The general curative effective rate of Composite Qiao ruisu to the lung heat syndrome of acute pulmonary system disease was 91 43%,which was better than the control group.To the evidence of Chinese medicine,the lung cough and the asthma except the lung distension,the general curative effective rate of Composite Qiao ruisu was also higher than the control group.To the Chinese diagnose typing,the lung offended by wind heat and the accumulation of phlegm and heat in the lung,it also showed the certain therapeutic efficacy. Meanwhile,it showed the higher general curative effective rate of the acute bronchus inflammation and the asthma except the chronic bronchus inflammation than the control group too.The integral average values of general,symptom and physical sign were obviously decreased to the pretreatment. Conclusion: Composite Qiao ruisu has the favorable therapeutic efficacy on the lung heat syndrome of acute pulmonary system disease.
