儿童口腔患儿家长对子女早期错畸形认知的调查研究

目的：了解儿童口腔科就诊患儿家长对子女早期错畸形的关注现状,为防治儿童早期错畸形提供信息。方法：对2008.12～2009.11.期间来第四军医大学口腔医学院儿童口腔科就诊的患儿家长进行问卷调查,同时由医生对患儿咬合状态进行检查诊断。结果：获得有效问卷922份。以错畸形为主诉就诊者占24.16%;医生诊断为早期错畸形者占20.4%（其中反30.85%,其他错畸形69.15%）;X2检验表明患儿家长主诉错畸形与医生诊断错畸形存在差异（P〈0.005）。当决定接受咬合诱导治疗时,家长担心的问题依次是患儿不适（22.3%）、治疗效果和恒牙列时是否复发（21.55%）、影响进食（16.91%）和影响美观（16.67%）。结论：家长对患儿牙齿排列与咬合关注增加,就诊意识增强,但由于缺乏专业知识,对患儿咬状态不能正确判断,常不能及时就诊而错过治疗的最佳时机,因此需要通过各种途径进行相关知识的宣教和普及。

Investigation of parents's awareness on their children's early malocclusion among first-time pedodontics clinic visitors

Obejective：To investigate the awareness of parents on problems of their children＇ malocclusion and provide usefull evidences for prevention. Method：A prestructured questionnaire was distributed to parents visiting the Department of Pediatric Dentistry,School of Stomatology,the Fourth Military Medical University. Result：The sample consisted of 922 children with 24.16 % of their presenting chief complaints was to obtain treatment of malocclusion while 20.4 % of them were diagnosed as malocclusion,which shown significant difference between them （P〈0.005）. When patients preferred receiving treatment,problems that their parents worried about were efficacy（22.55 %）,children discomfor（t22.3 %）, inconvenient for eating（16.91 %）and harmful for beauty（16.67 %）. Conclusion：More and more parents shown concerns about their children＇ malalignment and malocclusion. But lacking of professional knowledge may lead to the situation that they often loss the best treatment opportunity. So,much more efforts need to be exerted to enhance parents＇ knowledge on current situation of their children＇s malalignment and malocclusion.
