| 摘 要： | 目的研究戴氏绿僵菌菌丝体、培养液上清中生物活性物质对小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法淋巴细胞转化试验采用MTT法。抗体生成采用溶血分光光度法。结果戴氏绿僵菌培养液、菌丝体中提取物对小鼠脾淋巴细胞具有有丝分裂原的作用。戴氏绿僵菌培养液中提取物对小鼠脾13淋巴细胞分泌抗SRBC抗体有显著抑制作用。结论戴氏绿僵菌提取物对脾细胞具有有丝分裂原的作用，抑制抗SRBC抗体生成。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effects of the biological active substances from the culture supernatant and the mycelium of C. taii Liang et liu's anamorph on immunological modulation. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the ability of transforming lymphocyte. Haemolysis spectropho-tography was used to evaluate the antibody generation. Results The extracts from culture supernatant and the mycelium of C. taii Liang et liu's anamorph had the effect of mitosis. They inhibit the secretion of anti SRBC antibody from the spleen lymphocytes. Conclusion The extracts from culture supernatant and the mycelium of C. taii Liang et liu's anamorph have the effect of mitogen. They inhibit the secretion of anti SRBC antibody. |
