| 摘 要： | 目的：评价氟伏沙明合并奎硫平治疗强迫症的临床效果。方法：将符合CCMD-3诊断标准的50例强迫症病例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予氟伏沙明合并奎硫平治疗,对照组单独用氟伏沙明治疗,并应用汗密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及耶鲁布郎强迫量表（Y-BOCS）定期评定疗效,观察12周。结果：在治疗后4、8、12周末时,两组Y-BOCS评分均明显降低,尤以治疗组明显,在治疗各个阶段Y-BOCS的减分率,治疗组均高于对照组。结论：氟伏沙明合并奎硫平治疗强迫症的临床效果优于单独用氟伏沙明治疗。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of fluvxamine plus quetiapine in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.Methods:A total of 50 outpatients who met the criteria of CCMD-3 for obsessive-compulsive disorder were assigned to therapeutic group(n=25) and control group(n=25) for the treatment of 12 weeks.Therapeutic group was given fluvxamine plus quetiapine and control group was fluoxetine alone.The clinical effect was assessed with HAMA and Y-BOCS at the end of 4th,8 th and 12th week.Results: after treatment of 4th,8 th and 12th week,the marked improvement rate and effective rate in therapeutic group were higher than that in control group.Conclusions: Fluvxamine plus quetiapine has better effect in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder than fluoxetine only. |
