60例乳腺肿块的超声与病理结果对比分析

目的对乳腺肿块的超声与病理结果进行对比分析,从而进一步提高超声诊断的诊断率。方法回顾性分析我院2010年1月～2011年1月60例行乳腺肿块切除术患者的临床及影像学资料。结果 60例乳腺肿块中,超声诊断良性肿块49例,45例与病理诊断符合,超声诊断符合率91.8%,其余11例为恶性肿块,10例与病理诊断符合,超声诊断符合率90.9%。良恶性肿块的超声声像图及彩色多普勒对比指标比较差异有统计学意义。结论超声对乳腺肿块的诊断及鉴别其良恶性具有重要的临床价值,但应结合病理检查及临床病史、临床表现等对乳腺肿块的良恶性进行综合分析。

Comparative analysis of ultrasound and pathology for 60 cases breast lumps

Objective To compare and analyze the breast lumps ultrasound and histologic findings and further to enhance the diagnostic rates of ultrasound diagnosis.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical and imaging data of 60 patients with routine breast lumpectomy in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 was made.Results All 60 patients with breast tumors,the ultrasound diagnosis of a benign tumor of 49 cases,45 cases of agreement with the pathological diagnosis of ultrasound diagnosis rate was 91.8%,the remaining 11 cases of malignant tumor,10 cases with pathological diagnosis met,ultrasonic diagnosis rate was 90.9%.Benign and malignant tumor,sonographic and color Doppler contrast index,the difference was significant.Conclusion Ultrasound diagnosis of breast lumps and to identify benign and malignant have important clinical value,but should be combined with the pathological examination and clinical history,clinical manifestations on a comprehensive analysis of benign breast lumps.
