糖尿病视网膜病变577nm激光视网膜光凝术后眼前段超声生物显微镜检查

摘    要:目的 观察糖尿病视网膜病变患者行577nm激光视网膜光凝术后眼前段的形态学改变.方法 应用超声生物显微镜观察和定量分析23例(39眼)糖尿病视网膜病变患者接受577nm激光视网膜光凝术前、术后0.5h及术后第1、3、7天时前房深度、睫状体及前段脉络膜的改变.结果 术后第1天检查时31眼(79.5%)睫状体和前段脉络膜同时发生脱离,4眼(10.3%)发生单纯睫状体或脉络膜前段脱离.35眼的睫状体脉络膜渗出均在光凝术后7d内吸收.与术前比较,光凝术后前房轻度变浅.结论 糖尿病视网膜病变患者接受577 nm激光视网膜光凝术后反应较轻,睫状体脉络膜脱离持续时间短.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the tomograph- ic changes of anterior ocular segment in diabetic reti- nopathy (DR) after 577 nm laser photocoagulation. Methods Ultrosound biomicroscopy (UBM) was applied to obtain and analyze quantitatively the chan- ges of anterior ocular segment, including the anterior chamber, ciliary body and choroid before the retinal photocoagulation and on the I st, 3rd and 7th day af- ter the therapy in 39 eyes with DR. Results On the 1st day after retinal photocoagulation, ciliary detach- ment and choroidal detachment were observed simul- taneously in 31 eyes (79.5%), and ciliary detach- ment or choroidal detachment occurred singly in 4 eyes ( 10.3% ). Most of them disappeared within 7 days spontaneously. The anterior chamber became slightly shallow after retinal photocoagulation. Con- clusion The postoperative reaction is mild in diabet- ic retinopathy patients receiving 577 nm laser photo- coagulation, and ciliary detachment and choroidal de- tachment last a short duration.
