地佐辛用于乳腺癌根治术后静脉自控镇痛的临床观察

目的观察地佐辛用于乳腺癌根治术后静脉自控镇痛（PCIA）的临床效果和不良反应。方法将80例择期行乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为地佐辛组（D组：地佐辛0．8mg／kg、格拉司琼6mg加生理盐水至100mL）、芬太尼组（F组：芬太尼15μg／ka、格拉司琼6mg加生理盐水至100mL），每组40例，术后PCIA。双盲法观察两组手术后2h、4h、8h、24h、48h VAS（视觉模拟评分法：0为无痛，10为剧痛）评分和不良反应情况。结果两组患者术后各观察时点的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），而不良反应比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论地佐辛、芬太尼用于乳腺癌根治术后PCIA都能取得良好的镇痛效果，但地佐辛不良反应少。

The clinical observation of PCIA with dezocine after radical mastectomy

Objective To observe the clinical effects and adverse reactions of patient controlled intravenous analgesia(PCIA) with dezocine after radical mastectomy.Methods Eighty patients who would undergo radical mastectomy were divided into dezocine group(dezocine 0.8 mg/kg,Granisetron 6 mg,Saline 100 mL) and fentanyl group(15 μg/kg,Granisetron 6 mg,Saline 100 mL) randomly,40 cases in each.The patients of both groups used PCIA with dezocine after radical mastectomy.The postoperative VAS score and adverse reactions after 2,4,8,24,48 h were observed in double-blind.Results The VAS score of postoperative observation time point was not significantly different(P > 0.05).But adverse reactions were significantly different(P < 0.05).Conclusion The two groups have made a good analgesic effect with PCIA,but the dezocine group has less adverse reactions.
