| 摘 要： | 高校的扩招及国家就业政策的改革,使大学生就业面临着巨大的压力.本文通过问卷调查,分析新疆体育专业少数民族大学生的就业心理,建议高校对体育专业少数民族大学生加强就业指导,努力提高汉语水平,加强整体素质培养,转变就业观念,增强就业的竞争力.

| Abstract: | As the increasing enrollment and reform of the state job policies, the university students have been faced with great job pressure. By way of questionnaire, the essay aims to analyze the job psychology of minority nationality university students specializing in Physical culture in Xinjiang Province, thus proposes that the universities should pay great attention to enhancing job guidance for the minority nationality students specializing in physical culture, improving their Chinese level, strengtnening their comprehensive quality, changing their job concept as well as increasing their competitive ability. |
