| Abstract: | The paper depicts the concept connotation and extension of information literacy.Based on the analysis of current information literacy among medical personnel and their information behavior,it proposes the fundamental literacy for medical personnel from information consciousness,information capability and information ethics.It also points out necessity and significance in cultivating and promoting information literacy. |
