| 摘 要： | 本文采用高效液相层析法对国产玫瑰红景天（Ｒｈｏｄｉｏｌａｒｏｓｅａ），高山红景天（Ｒｈ．ｓａｃｈａｌｉｎｅｎｓｉｓ），小丛红景天（Ｒｈ．ｄｕｍｕｌｏｓａ）和长白红景天（Ｒｈ．ａｎｇｕｓｔａ）野生品种的根茎中及玫瑰红景天的不同部位、不同采集时间、不同处理方法的样品中红景天甙的含量进行了分析，总结了红景天甙含量变化的大致规律．对红景天资源的开发利用有一定的参考价值．

| Abstract: | n this study analyzed by HPLC ,is the salidroside content in samples of rhizoma of wildRhodiola rosea ,Rh.sachalinensis ,Rh.dumulosa and Rh.angusta and samples of differentparts of Rhodiola rosea collected at different time and treated in different ways.A generallaw governing salidroside content is summed up.This law is of value for reference in the uti-Iization and development of Rhodiola resources. |
