肺切除术支气管残端不同处理方式的疗效对比

目的:探讨肺叶切除术支气管残端无损伤线连续缝合法的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析支气管残端丝线间断缝合组及无损伤线连续缝合组的临床资料及疗效。结果:无损伤线连续缝合处理支气管残端组127例,发生支气管胸膜瘘1例,术后刺激性干咳持续存在大于1周2例,咳血痰2例;支气管残端间断缝合组127例,发生支气管胸膜瘘6例,术后刺激性干咳持续存在大于1周9例,咳血痰12例。两组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:无损伤线连续缝合法处理肺切除术支气管残端可明显降低支气管胸膜瘘的发生,术后早期刺激性咳嗽、咳血痰等症状发生率明显降低。

Comparison of curative effeces in different methods on handling bronchus stump during pneumonectomy

Objective:Discussion the clinical application of non-injury continuous suture line on.lobectomy bronchial stump.Methods:Retrospective analysis of bronchial stump silk suture group,and the intermittent absorption continuous suture group of the clinical data and comparison.Results:absorbable suture line treatment for bronchial stump Section 127 cases,in one case of bronchopleural fistula after irritating cough persisted more than one week two cases,two cases of hemoptysis sputum;bronchial stump interrupted suture group 127 cases,in six cases of bronchopleural fistula after irritating cough persisted more than one week nine cases,hemoptysis sputum tweleve cases.Difference between the two groups is statistically significant.Conclusion:noninvasive continuous suture line treatment of bronchial stump pulmonary resection can significantly reduce the incidence of bronchopleural fistula,early postoperative irritating cough,hemoptysis.
