脊柱损伤的护理体会

目的:探讨脊柱损伤患者的围手术期护理干预,促使早日康复。方法:42例脊柱损伤患者围手术期采取积极的综合护理措施,包括术前心理护理,稳定脊柱;术后注意加强功能锻炼和预防并发症等。结果:患者经过积极急救和围手术期精心的综合护理均恢复良好,无l例神经损伤加重和死亡。结论:正确的脊柱损伤急救和完善的围手术期护理是保证脊柱手术成功的关键因素之一。

Nursing experience of Spinal cord injury

Objective ：To explore the correct prompting recover at an early date of spinal injury patients with emer- gency measures and perfect nursing intervention in perioperative period.Methods ：42 patients with spinal cord injury were taken positive comprehensive emergency treatment and nursed measures in perioperative period, included pre- operative psychological nursing, stabilize the spine;and payed attention to strengthen postoperative function exercise and prevented the complications.Results ：Patients with active emergency measures and careful comprehensive nursing were good recovery in perioperative period, none of nerve injury aggravated and death.Conclusion：Correct spinal in- jury emergency measures and perfect nursing in perioperative period are the key factors to guarantee the success of spinal surgery.
