| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂对小鼠的抗炎、消肿和止痛作用。方法：用二甲苯引起小鼠耳壳炎症和肿胀．落物造成软组织损伤．醋酸致痛，观察复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂对其对抗作用。结果：复方黄毛豆腐搽剂对小鼠软组织损伤具有明显减轻作用，其高剂量、低剂量组的镇痛率分别为61．49％，23．50％（P〈0．05）．对耳壳肿胀抑制率则分别为36．45％和19．97％（P〈0．05）。结论：复方黄毛豆腐柴搽剂有明显的抗炎、消肿和止痛作用．且呈现一定的量效关系。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To study the effects of anti-inflammatory,detumescence and acesodyne of compound Huangmaodoufuchai liniment in mice. METHODS Inflammation and swelling in the ears of mice were caused by xylene,injury of soft tissue caused by falling object,the pains of mice resulted from acetic acid,these oppositional effects of compound Huangmaodoufuchai liniment were observed. RESULTS Compound Huangmaodoufuchai liniment could resist the inflammation and swelling caused by xylene, release the injury of soft tissue and the pains caused by acetic acid in mice. CONCLUSION Compound Huangmaodoufuchai liniment has obvious effects of anti inflammatory,detumescence and acesodyne with dose-response relationship. |
