缺血性卒中在超重或肥胖患者中的发病特点及相关指标研究

目的研究缺血性卒中在超重或肥胖患者的发病特点及相关指标。方法提取所有986例患者的临床资料,统计分析其体质指数(BMI)、腰围(WC)、腰臀比(WHR)、腰高比(WHtR)等超重与肥胖相关指标。结果在BMI、WC、WHR、WHtR中,大于等于相关指标的患者其缺血性脑卒中的发病率均高于小于相关指标患者的缺血性脑卒中发病率,且其发病率对应比较均存在显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。男性超标患者发病率均低于女性超标患者发病率,比较结果无显著统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论超重或肥胖均可能增加缺血性脑卒中的发生率。

The Onset of Ischemic Stroke in Patients with Overweight or Obese Characteristics and Related Indicators Research

Objective To study the characteristics of the onset of ischemic stroke in patients with overweight or obese and related indicators. Methods To extract all the clinical data of 986 patients, statistical analysis of the body mass index （BMI）, waist circumference （WC）, waist hip ratio （WHR）, waist height ratio （WHtR）, and other related parameters of overweight and obesity. Results In BMI, WC, WHR, WHtR, greater than or equal to the related indicators of the incidence of ischemic stroke patients were higher than less than the relevant indexes in patients with ischemic stroke incidence, and its incidence corresponding to compare all the differences were statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Male incidence of overweight patients were lower than female incidence of overweight patients, compare the results with no significant statistical significance （P〉0.05）. Conclusions Overweight or obese are likely to increase the incidence of ischemic cerebral apoplexy.
