全髋关节置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床探讨

目的探讨全髋关节置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效情况。方法分析我院骨外科2009年5月至2013年11月收治的老年股骨颈骨折患者50例临床资料,根据手术治疗方式的不同进行分组,治疗A组30例和治疗B组20例。结果治疗A组股骨颈骨折患者手术时间、术中出血量均高于治疗B组,治疗A组术后功能恢复时间明显低于治疗B组,治疗A组老年股骨颈骨折患者的术后功能优良率明显高于治疗B组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论全髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折手术时间和术中出血量高于半髋关节置换术,全髋关节置换术治疗术后功能优良率较高,值得临床推广应用。

The Clinical Application of Treatment Elderly Femoral Neck Fracture by Total Hip Replacement and Hip Replacement

Objective To approach clinical curative effect of treatment elderly femoral neck fracture by total hip replacement and hip replacement. Method To analyze 50 cases clinical data of elderly femoral neck fracture patients in our hospital bone surgery from 2009.5 to 2013.11,which was to be divided into two groups,treatment A group 30 cases and treatment B group 20 cases. Result The Operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume of treatment A group were higher than treatment B group,the postoperative function recovery time of treatment A group were lower than treatment B group,the postoperative functional recovery of treatment A group were lower than treatment B group,P〈 0.05,the difference were statistical significance. Conclusion The Operation time, intraoperative bleeding volume of elderly femoral neck fracture by total hip replacement were higher than hip replacement,functional arthroplasty in the treatment of postoperative total excellent rate higher,which was to be used.
