涂阳肺结核合并糖尿病的治疗分析

目的分析涂阳肺结核合并糖尿病的治疗情况。方法采用随机数字表法选取门诊50例涂阳肺结核合并糖尿病的患者作为研究对象,通过制定个体化疗方案控制肺结核,同时采用控制饮食和服用降糖药的措施,观察并比较患者治疗前后的临床效果。结果患者经过抗结核治疗和控制血糖治疗涂阳肺结核合并糖尿病后,病灶明显吸收(30%)、吸收(54%)、无变化(8%)、病情恶化(8%),治疗后各项临床症状得以改善,痰菌转阴率高,统计学上有意义(P<0.05)。结论采用个体化疗方案抗结核治疗和密切控制血糖范围对于治疗涂阳肺结核合并糖尿病有一定疗效,病灶吸收率高,经过治疗症状好转、痰菌转阴,有助于患者恢复健康,对肺结核病的疫情控制起到一定的作用。

The Treatment Analysis of the Smear-positive Tuberculosis Tuberculosis with Diabetes

Objectives Analyze the situation of the smear-positive tuberculosis with diabetes. Methods Select 50 patients as research objects through random, control their tuberculosis by make some plans, and dis-crease blood glucose through diet control as well as taking blood pressure medication. Results After anti-tuberculosis and control blood sugar to treat smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis , lesions obvious absorption（30%）, absorption （54%）, no change（10%）, deterioration （6%）, the clinical symptoms improved after treatment, the high rate of sputum bacterium turns shade, statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The individual chemotherapy regimens anti-tuberculosis treatment and control blood sugar range closely have certain curative effect for treatment of smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis diabetes, lesions absorption rate is high, symptoms improved, sputum bacteria overcast and help patients back to health as well as play a role in tuberculosis control.
