卡介菌多糖核酸在肺结核合并糖尿病中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨卡介菌多糖核酸治疗肺结核合并糖尿病患者的疗效。方法 96例肺结核合并糖尿病患者分为两组,观察组48例,对照组48例,对照组采用常规降糖、抗痨治疗。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用卡介菌多糖核酸治疗。观察痰结核杆菌3、6个月转阴率,病灶吸收情况,血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)的变化。结果观察组在治疗后3、6个月的痰菌转阴率分别为77.1%、91.7%;对照组分别为64.6%、77.1%;观察组痰菌转阴率均明显高于对照组(χ2=9.16,13.24,P<0.05)。治疗后对照组总有效率为77.1%,观察组总有效率为91.7%;观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(χ2=13.24,P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者血清IFN-γ均有明显升高(P<0.01),并且观察组升高更明显(P<0.05)。结论卡介菌多糖核酸可以增强肺结核合并糖尿病患者的免疫功能,加速疾病的愈合。

Abstract:Objective To study the effectiveness of BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid on patients with type 2 diabetic plus tuberculosis. Methdos 96 patients with type 2 diabetic plus tuberculosis were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(n=48 cases) and the control group(n=48 cases). The patients in the control group were treated through conventional hypoglycemic, anti-tuberculosis treatment.The patients in the observation group were treated through conventional treatment plus BCG polysaccharides nucleic acid. Mycobacterium tuberculosis sputum negative rate of 3,6 months, the lesions absorption, serum interferon-γ(IFN-γ) changes were observaed. Results Sputum negative rates first 3,6 months after treatment were 77.1%, 91.7% in the observation group and 64.6%, 77.1% in the control group. Sputum negative rate in the observation group were significantly higher(χ^2=9.16,13.24, P〈0.05). The total effective rates were 77.1% in the control group and 91.7% in the observation group.The total effective rate was significantly higher(χ^2=13.24, P〈0.05). The two groups after treatment were significantly elevated in patients with serum IFN-γ and compared with the control group after treatment, the observation group significantly evelated(P〈0.05).Conclusions BCG tuberculosis nucleic acid can enhance immune function in patients with diabetes, accelerate healing diseases.
