某院2012年门诊慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒药物的利用分析

目的探讨我院门诊慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒药物的应用情况。方法对我院2012年门诊慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒药物的应用品种、销售金额、限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果我院门诊药物销售以抗HBV核苷(酸)类似物为主。药物销售金额和DDDs排名一致,其排序为:恩替卡韦、阿德福韦酯、拉米夫定、替比夫定、普通干扰素α、聚乙二醇干扰素α。阿德福韦酯DDDc最低,聚乙二醇干扰素αDDDc最高。结论我院2012年门诊用药以慢性乙型肝炎抗病毒药物为主,临床效果、药物价格仍然是临床医师治疗选药的标准。

Analysis of the Utilization of Anti-HBV drugs in Outpatient Department during 2012

Objcetive To investigate the application of Anti-HBV drugs in Outpatient Department. Methods The utilization of Anti-HBV drugs in Outpatient Department during 2012 were analyzed statistically in terms of rational use types,consumption sum,DDD,DDDs and DDDc. Results The consumption sum of Anti-HBV drugs occupied the first place in our outpatient department. The consumption sum and DDDs were the same sort： entecavir, adefovir dipivoxil, lamivudine, telbivudine, ordinary interferon α, Peginterferon α. Adefovir dipivoxil had lowest DDDc,and Peginterferon α had hightest DDDc. Conclusion The outpatient therapy revolved around Anti-HBV drugs in 2012. Clinical effects, drug prices were still clinicians treating drug selection criteria.
