急诊颅脑创伤患者呼吸支持治疗的效果观察

目的分析呼吸支持治疗在急诊颅脑创伤患者治疗中的作用。方法以2012年7月至2012年12月我院采用常规对症支持治疗的68例急诊颅脑创伤患者为对照组,以2013年1月至2013年6月我院采用常规对症支持治疗加呼吸支持治疗的68例急诊颅脑创伤患者为观察组。统计分析对比两组患者在呼吸指标、临床疗效方面的差异,以明确呼吸支持治疗在急诊颅脑创伤患者的治疗中的应用价值。结果入院时,两组患者PaO2、PaCO2、pH指标的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗6、24 h时,两组患者PaO2均升高、PaCO2均下降,但观察组变化程度更明显,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗6、24 h时,两组患者的pH值变化很小,差异不具有统计学意义;治疗结束后,观察组的治疗有效率较对照组高,有效率的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规对症支持治疗的基础上给予急诊颅脑创伤患者呼吸支持治疗,可明显提升治疗效果,患者的预后结局明显改善,同时病死率也降低。

The Effect Analysis of Respiratory Support in the Treatment of Emergency Craniocerebral Trauma

Objective To analysis the effect of respiratory support in the treatment of emergency craniocerebral trauma. Method 136 patients with emergency craniocerebral trauma were divided into objective group and the control group. The conventional treatment methods was used in the control group, and the respiratory support was additional used in the objective group. The clinical effect and the breathing indicators between the two groups were compared. Results There was a significant developmeng in the breathing indicators in the objective group.The clinical effect of the objective group was better. Conclusions It would get a satisfactory effect to use respiratory support in the treatment of emergency craniocerebral trauma, with better clinical effect.
