阿奇霉素联合安普索片、顺尔宁治疗儿童支原体感染引起慢性咳嗽的效果观察

目的研究在祛痰镇咳治疗的同时予以阿奇霉素、安普索片、顺尔宁治疗肺炎支原体引起慢性咳嗽的效果。方法将患儿随机分配为观察组和试验组,其中试验组45例,观察组38例,观察组按祛痰镇治疗的同时予以抗生素(阿奇霉素除外);试验组在化痰止咳基础治疗的基础上予以阿奇霉素、安普索片、顺尔宁治疗,疗程为21 d。结果试验组患儿的临床疗效明显优于观察组患儿的临床疗效,χ2=15.16,P<0.01,有统计学意义。结论阿奇霉素、安普索片、顺尔宁几种口服药物的同时使用可更明显地阻制气道的慢性炎性反应,对减轻气道高应激性,加速痰液在气管中的稀释以及排出有着明显的作用,进而可明显地减轻咳嗽症状。

The Observation about Treatment Effect of Chronic Cough which Caused by Children Mycoplasma Infection Giving the Combined Use of Azithromycin,Ambroxol Tablets and Montelukast

Objective study the treatment effect of chronic cough caused by children mycoplasma infection giving the combined use of azithromycin, ambroxol tablets and montelukast at the same time in the Expectorant and antitussive therapy. Methods patients were randomly assigned into observation group and test group. There were 45 cases in test group and 38 cases in observation group. The observation group were given antibiotic treatment（azithromycin except） at the same time in the Expectorant and antitussive therapy, But the test group were given azithromycin, ambroxol tablets and montelukast treatment, based on Expectorant and antitussive therapy treatment. The time of therapy was twenty-one day. Results The clinical curative effect of the patients in the test grop was obviously better than the clinical curative effect of the patients in the observation group, χ^2=15.16, P〈0.01, there was statistical significance. Conclusion The combined use of azithromycin, ambroxol tablets and montelukast could be more effectively preventingthe chronic airway inflammation reaction, which had a significant role to alleviate the airway hyperirritability, accelerate the sputum deliquation and discharge in the trachea. It obviously reduced the symptoms of cough.
