| 摘 要： | 目的观察苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗原发性高血压疗效。方法将140例23级的原发性高血压患者随机分成两组,分别采用苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利及单用依那普利治疗4周。结果联合用药组总有效率94%,单一用药组为61%,两组疗效比较有显著差异(P<0.005)。结论苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗原发性高血压疗效更好。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy of Levamlodipine and enalapril in the treatment of essential hypertension. Methods 140 cases of 2-3 level in patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into two groups, respectively by means of Levamlodipine besylate combined with enalapril and enalapril for 4 weeks. Results the combined treatment group total effectiveness 94%, single drug group was 61%, there was significant difference between two groups （P〈 0.005）. Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate combined with enalapril in treatment of essential hypertension is better. |
