老年腹股沟疝疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床应用

目的探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在老年腹股疝治疗中的临床应用方法及效果。方法回顾性分析2011年1月至2012年12月我科应用疝环充填式无张力修补术治疗的76例老年腹股沟疝患者临床资料。结果 76例患者手术顺利进行,手术时间短,下床时间早,无切口感染等并发症,全部患者均痊愈,随访6个月²年无患者复发。结论疝环充填式无张力疝修补术创伤小、时间短、恢复快,在减少术后并发症以及降低术后复发率方面具有优势。

Clinical Application of Inguinal Hernia Tension-free Hernia Repair

Objective The clinical application and the effect of hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair in elderly inguinal hernia. Methods Retrospective analysis of2011 January to 2012 December in our department with hernial ring tension-free repair for treatment of 76 cases of elderly patients with inguinal hernia clinical data. Results Of the 76 patients, smooth operation, short operation time, bed time, no wound infection and other complications, all patients were cured, followed up for 6 months -2 years without recurrence. Conclusion Hernia ring filling tension-free hernia repair with little trauma, short time, rapid recovery, in reducing postoperative complications and has the advantage to reduce postoperative recurrence rate.
