不同阶段服药自杀患者的心理障碍及护理干预效果分析

目的探讨不同阶段服药自杀患者心理状况及相应护理干预效果。方法将在我院急诊科收治的150例服药自杀患者随机分为对照组和干预组各75例,对照组实施一般支持性心理护理,干预组针对不同的自杀原因,制定具体的护理干预措施并实施。采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)测查心理障碍程度。结果护理干预后干预组SAS和SDS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01),心理障碍发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论护理干预能有效改变自杀患者的心理状态,减轻心理障碍,杜绝再次自杀的发生。

Analysis of the Different Stages of Medication Dutch Act Mental Disorders and Nursing Intervention

Objective To investigate the psychological status of patients with different stages of Dutch act treatment and corresponding nursing intervention. Method 150 cases were treated in the emergency department of our hospital treatment of Dutch act were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 75 cases in each group, the control group carried out general supportive psychological care, intervention group according to the different causes of Dutch act, formulate specific implementation measures and nursing intervention. The self rating Anxiety Scale（SAS） and self rating Depression Scale（SDS） measure the degree of mental disorder. Result The nursing intervention group SAS and SDS were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0.01）, the mental obstacle occurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively change the psychological state of patients with Dutch act, to alleviate the psychological barriers, put an end to the occurrence of Dutch act.
