β-HCG、孕酮与子宫内膜厚度联合诊断早期异位妊娠的临床观察

目的探讨β-HCG、孕酮与子宫内膜厚度联合用于早期异位妊娠诊断的效果。方法选取2011年6月至2013年6月我院收治的96例疑似异位妊娠的患者作为研究对象,将其随机分成三组:异位妊娠组32例,常规宫内妊娠组32例,异常宫内妊娠组32例,测定其血清β-HCG、孕酮值和子宫内膜的厚度。结果三组在β-HCG、孕酮及子宫内膜厚度方面相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),三项指标联合应用可将诊断准确性提高至93.69%。结论测定β-HCG与孕酮值能够初步诊断是否妊娠,联合检测子宫内膜厚度能够预测孕卵着床部位,动态监测则能够诊断其是宫内还是宫外妊娠,避免将宫内早孕、流产等误诊成异位妊娠,有效防止了误治,足可见其在临床诊断中的重要性。

the Clinical Observation of Beta HCG,Progesterone and Endometrial Thickness,Combined in the Diagnosis of Early Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective To explore the beta HCG, progesterone and endometrial thickness, the effect of the joint used in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods Select in June 2011 to June 2013 of our hospital 96 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy patients as the research object, the random is divided into three groups：32 cases of ectopic pregnancy group, conventional group of 32 cases of intrauterine pregnancy, abnormal group of 32 cases of intrauterine pregnancy, determine the value of beta HCG, serum progesterone and endometrial thickness. Results Three groups in the beta HCG, progesterone and endometrial thickness difference compared with statistical significance （P〈 0.05）, three indicators combined use of diagnostic accuracy can be increased to 93.69%. Conclusion Determination of beta HCG and progesterone can preliminary diagnosis of pregnancy, the joint detection of endometrial thickness can predict yunkun implantation site, dynamic monitoring is able to diagnose the intrauterine or palace pregnancy, to avoid the intrauterine pregnancy, abortion and ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosis, to prevent the disease, to be its importance in clinical diagnosis.
