注射用阿奇霉素和头孢呋辛钠治疗下呼吸道感染临床对照研究

目的；比较国产注射用阿奇霉素和头孢呋辛钠治疗下呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法：采用前瞻性多中心随机单盲平行对照临床试验，用国产注射用阿奇霉素治疗革兰阳性菌及革兰阴性菌下呼吸道感染性疾病60例，以进口注射用头孢呋辛钠治疗60例作对照药物，观察疗效及安全性。结果：试验药组临床有效率，临床痊愈率，细菌阴转率和细菌消除率依次为91．7％，63．3％，91．3％和87．5％，对照药组依次为90．0％，61．7％，85．7％和85．7％，无统计学差异。不良反应发生率试验药组6．6％，对照药组3．3％，无统计学意义。结论：注射用阿奇霉素是一个安全，有效的治疗下呼吸道感染的抗菌药物。

Clinical comparative study of injectable azithromycin and cefuroxime in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic injectable azithromycin and cefuroxime in treating lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:A multicenter prospective single blind randomiszed controlled clinical study was performed comparing injectable azithromycin with cefuroxime in the treatment of 120 patients with lower respiratory infection. Sixty patients were treated with azithromycin and 60 with cefuroxime.Results:The overall efficacy rates of azithromycin and cefuroxime were 91.7% and 90.0%, bacteria elimination rates were 87.5% and 85.7%, adverse events were 6.6% and 3.3% respectively. No significant differences were noted between the two groups. All the adverse events were mild and disappeared after withdrawal of drug.Conclusions: The study shows that injectable azithromycin is well tolerated and effective in treating lower respiratory tract infection.
