1991-2003年中国农村妇女未住院分娩状况分析

目的 了解1991-2003年我国农村妇女未住院分娩的变化情况以及在家分娩孕产妇的接生人员和费用情况.方法 对3次国家卫生服务调查的相关资料进行分析.结果我国农村妇女的未住院分娩率不断下降,但下降的幅度一、二、三、四类农村差别较大,分别从1991-1993的43.19%、71.72%、76.78%和92.42%下降到2001-2003年的7.17%、17.48%、36.43%和66.80%：农村合计在家分娩的孕妇由受过训练的接生人员接生的比例从1991-1993年的67.51%下降到2001-2003年的51.37%.农村在家分娩费用在50～200元左右.结论 我国农村未住院分娩（主要是在家分娩）的比例在不断减少,但由接受过专门培训的接生员接生的比例在下降,这一情况应引起人们的关注.

Delivery out of Hospital in Rural China from 1991 to 2003

OBJECTIVE To describe the trend of delivery out of hospital in rural China from 1991 to 2003,Characteristics of midwives and expenditure for delivery care. METHODS The univariate method was applied to analyze the National Health Services Survey data. RESULTS The rate of out of hospital delivery in rural areas dropped in past 12 years,but the speed of decrease varied with four type of rural areas.The rate of out of hospital delivery in type1,2,3 and 4 rural area declined from 43.19%,71.72%,76.78%,92.42% in 1991-1993 to 7.17%,17.48%,36.43% and 66.80% in 2001-2003 respectively. The proportion of trained midwives decreased from 67.51% in 1991-1993 to 51.37% in 2001-2003. The expenditure for out of hospital delivery care each was about 50 to 200 Yuan(RMB). CONCLUSION The proportion of delivery out of hospital (mainly home delivery)dropped gradually in past 12 years,but the proportion of trained midwives also declined. This phenomenon needs to be concerned.
