摘    要:短链脂肪酸(short-chainfattyacids,SCFAs)主要是膳食纤维经肠道菌群发酵代谢的产物,主要包括乙酸、丙酸和丁酸。最近的研究发现短链脂肪酸参与调控肠局部及全身氧化应激-炎症信号,调控相关细胞因子的表达和分泌,在炎症性肠病、2型糖尿病和肥胖等疾病防治中扮演重要角色。文章对短链脂肪酸的来源及分布、作用机制以及对氧化应激-炎症的影响研究进展作一综述,以期为临床及科研工作提供参考。

Abstract:Short-chain fatty acids ( SCFAs) are mainly metabolites of dietary fiber fermented by intestinal flora. They include acetate, propionate, and butyrate. Recent studies have found that SCFAs play an important role in the prevention and treatment of inflammatory bowel disease, type 2 diabetes and obesity by regulating local and systemic oxidative stress-inflammation signals and the expression and secretion of related cytokines. This article reviews the origin, distribution, mechanism of these SCFAs and their effects on oxidative stress-inflammation in order to provide information for clinical and scientific research work.
