摘    要:目的:建立微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定阿胶中铬的方法;考察商品阿胶中铬的含量。方法:采用微波消解法对阿胶样品进行消解,在波长357.9nm下,通过石墨炉程序升温进行测定,狭缝宽度为0.5nm,塞曼效应作为背景校正。结果:用建立的方法,测得30批市售阿胶样品中铬的含量。结论:该方法简便,可行;可用于阿胶中重金属铬的含量测定。
