Central nervous system manifestations of Sj?gren's syndrome. A case report

A patient with primary Sj?gren's syndrome and a previous history of systemic vasculitis is presented to document neurological disease which suggests involvement of the brainstem and cerebellar connections with neuropsychiatric manifestations. The investigations and management are briefly outlined.
