自体疣植入治疗扁平疣患儿血清TNF-α、IFN-γ和IL-4水平检侧

目的：探讨自体疣植入治疗扁平疣患儿的免疫机制。方法：采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测自体疣植入治疗的扁平疣患儿治疗前、1周痊愈者及3月痊愈者血清TNF-α、IFN-γ和IL-4水平。结果：1周痊愈患儿较3月痊愈患儿TNF-α水平高，t=2．14，P〈0．05；3月痊愈患儿与对照组比较IFN-γ/IL-4水平反转；1周痊愈患儿与对照组比较IFN-Y、IL-4水平一致。差异均有统计学意义。结论：自体疣植入通过刺激机体免疫防御及细胞免疫功能治疗儿童扁平疣，TNF-α可能在1周痊愈患儿中其重要作用。

The TNF Alpha,IFN Gamma and IL-4 level in serum of Autoimplantation Technique in the Treatment of Verruca Plana Children

Objective To explore the immune mechanism on Autoimplantation Technique in the Treatment of Verruca Plana Children. Methods The serum levels of TNF-α、IFN-γandIL-4 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before treatment, after one week and three months of Autoimplantation Technique. Results The TNF-α level of one week cured children was increased significantly than three months cured children,t=2.14,P〈0.05.The three months cured children compared with control group IFN-γ,IL-4levels were inversion,one week recovery compared with control group IFN-γ, IL-4 levels were consistent.Differences were statistically significant. Conclusion The Verruca Plana Child was treated by stimulating the body＇s immune defense and cellular immune function of Autoimplantation.TNF-α may have an important role in one-week recovery of Verruca Plana Children.
