小剂量异维A酸联合复方甘草酸苷治疗中、重度痤疮疗效观察

目的：探讨小剂量异维A酸联合复方甘草酸苷治疗中、重度痤疮的疗效。方法：将136例中、重度痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，对照组：口服异维A酸胶囊10mg，2次／日；治疗组：在对照组的基础上加用复方甘草酸苷3片，3次／日。4周后减量为10mg，1次／日，疗程均为8周。结果：治疗组和对照组有效率分别为91．18％和73．53％。结论：小剂量异维A酸联合复方甘草酸苷治疗痤疮可增强疗效，减轻不良反应，缩短病程，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。

A small dose of different dimension A acid combined with Compound Glycyrrhizin in the treatment,the treatment of moderate to severe acne

Objective To investigate the efficacy of low dose of isotretinoin combined with compound glycyrrhizin in treatment of moderate and severe ache. Methods 136 cases of moderate and severe ache patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, control group： oral isotretinoin soft capsules 10mg, 2 times a day; treatment groups： based on control group, oral compound glycyrrhizin tablets additional, 3 times a day. Four weeks later, reduced isotretinoin to 10mg, once daily, for eight weeks. Results Efficacy rate was 90.91% in treatment group and 40% in control. Conclusion Low dose isotretinoin combined with compound glycyrrhizin may enhance the efficacy of the treatment of ache, reduce adverse reactions and duration, safe and reliable, worthy of clinical application.
