| 摘 要： | 目的研制并应用适合小儿手臂生理特征的小儿输液手臂固定板约束手臂,预防小儿手臂静脉输液渗漏。方法制作小儿输液手臂固定板并应用于临床,将800例手臂静脉输液小儿随机分为观察组和对照组各400例,对照组除常规使用胶布固定外不采取其它措施,观察组使用小儿输液手臂固定板约束手臂。结果观察组发生输液渗漏19人次,对照组85人发生输液渗漏1次,9人输液渗漏2次,5人输液渗漏3次,合计输液渗漏118人次,结论使用小儿输液手臂固定板约束手臂能有效预防输液渗漏.

| Abstract: | Objective To develop and apply a pediatric transfusion arm fixed plate appropriated to the phystologtcal characteristics of children' s arms.The facility may restrict children's arms and prevent intravenous infusion from leaking.Methods 800 children' s who need intravenous infusing are divided into experimental and control group at random.The experimental group contains 400 cases.The restrictive plate are used when nurses carry out intravenous infusing.The control group consists of 400 cases. Nothing measures are taken except for normal way.Results 19cases in experimental group are found intravenous infusion leaking. While control group take palace118Scases.Conclusions To use restrictive plate for children' s intravenous infusion can prevents medicine fluid from leaking effectively. |
