磁共振成像新技术在脊柱病变中的应用

摘    要:磁共振成像新技术包括磁共振同/反相位成像、弥散加权成像、灌注加权成像及动态增强成像等.这些新技术的应用在鉴别脊柱良恶性病变方面有较高价值.并有助于监控脊柱恶性病变的放疗或化疗后改变.

Abstract:The new technologies of MRI include in/opposed-phase imaging (IP/OP), diffusion-weighted imaging (DWI), perfusion-weighted imaging (PWI) and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI (DCE-MRI). The applications of these new technologies have high values in differentiating malignant from benign lesions of vertebrae. They are helpful for monitoring the changes of malignant lesions after chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
