沐舒坦雾化预防食管癌术后肺部并发症60例效果观察

目的探讨食管癌术后患者应用沐舒坦雾化吸入预防肺部并发症的临床效果。方法将120例食管癌手术患者按人院日期单双号随机分组法分为两组，观察组与对照组，各60例，，观察组应用沐舒坦超声雾化吸入，对照组采用传统超声雾化吸入，对比分析两组患者的肺不张及肺炎的发生率，并作统计学处理。结果观察组患者的肺不张、肺炎发生率低于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论沐舒坦超声雾化吸人用于食道癌术后肺部并发症的预防，能将药液直接作用于气道，减少气道粘膜滞留，促进排痰，减少肺部并发症的发生。

Clinical observation on the effect of Mucosolvin atomization on preventing lung complication after esophageal carcinoma surpery

Objective To study the clinical effect of Mucosolvin atomization on preventing lung complication in the patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation.Method 120 patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into two groups.There are respective 60 cases in the observation group and in the control group.The observation group was treated by Mucosolvin ultrasonic atomizing inhalation,the control group was treated by traditional ultrasonic atomizing inhalation.The incidence rates of pulmonary atelectasis and pneumonia between twogroups were compared.Results There were significant difference between two groups in the incidence rates of pulmonary atelectasis and pneumonia(P＜0.01).It demonstrated that Mucosolvin ultrasonic atomizing inhalation could effectually reduce pulmonary infection rate in post-surgery patient with esophageal cancer.Conclusion The ultrasonic atomizing Mucosolvin could effect directly on the airway,decrease the stagnation of airway,promote to expulse sputum,improve the respiratory function and reduced pulmonary complication in the patients with esophageal carcinoma after operation.
