| 摘 要： | 目的对我院2004年1月-2008年12月耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的分离情况和耐药性进行分析,为临床合理有效的抗感染治疗提供依据。方法采用API系统进行细菌鉴定,Kirby-Bauer法进行药敏试验,WHONET5.4软件分析耐药性。结果5年间耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌的分离率呈逐年升高趋势,对氟喹诺酮、头孢菌素类、大环内酯类、氨基糖苷类等多种抗生素的耐药率逐年升高。结论耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌已成为医院患者感染的重要病原菌,细菌耐药形势均很严峻,应尽早发现MRSA院内感染情况,为临床治疗提供重要的实验室依据。
