复方硫酸镁液外用防治输液性静脉炎临床观察

目的:探讨复方硫酸镁液外用防治输液性静脉炎的临床效果。方法:将输液性静脉炎患者62例和易发生静脉炎的患者60例,分别随机分成治疗(预防)组和对照组。治疗组32例采用复方硫酸镁液局部涂布或湿敷,对照组30例采用50%硫酸镁涂布或湿敷;分别观察两组综合疗效、主症改善程度、痊愈速度和预防效果。结果:治疗组和对照组显效率分别为93.8%、53.3%,综合疗效差异有显著性(P<0.01);治疗组见效和治愈速度快,主症改善幅度大,复方硫酸镁液能有效预防输液性静脉炎。结论:外用复方硫酸镁液,是防治输液性静脉炎的可靠、迅速和高效的方法,具有临床推广意义。

Clinical observation on prevention and treatment of intraveinous drip phlebitis by using compound magnesium sulfate injection externally

Objective:To study the clinical effect of externally using compound magnesium sulfate infection to prevent and treat intraveinous drip phlebitis. Methods:62 patients with intraveinous drip phlebitis were randomly divided into treatment group(n=32) and treatment control group(n=30) and 60 cases of phlebitis susceptible patients were randomly divided into prevention group(n=30) and prevention control group(n=30).The treatment or prevention group was adopted with paper coating or wet packing of compound magnesium sulfate locally,the treatment control group was adopted with paper coating or wet packing of 50%magnesium sulfate,while the control group without any medicine locally. Then the syndrome curative effect,the cardinal symptom's improvent, the recovery speed,and the preventive effect were observed.Results:The cure and marked effective rate of symptom in the treatment group and control group was 93.8% and 53.3% respectively,it showed significantly difference in syndrome curative effect(P<0.01). The curative effect and recovery speed of treatment group were faster than those of the control group,the cardinal symptom had great improvement. And compound magnesium sulfate injection could effectively prevent intraveinous drip phlebititis.Conclusion:The method of externally using compound magnesium sulfate injection to prevent and treat intraveinous drip phlebititis is reliable,rapid and high-efficient. This method has significance of clinical popularization.
