优化接台手术流程管理提高麻醉科工作效率

目的:通过优化接台手术的流程,提高手术间的使用效率,为手术患者创造良好的手术环境,减少医护人员因长期的疲劳工作对患者的安全带来隐患。方法:对我院10个外科手术科室800例全麻接台手术患者手术流程进行分析。将奇数手术间设定为原接台手术流程组(A组)400例;将偶数手术间设为优化接台手术流程组(B组)400例。统计接台手术之间患者的周转时间,两组均从手术间净化消毒开始计时,到麻醉开始诱导为止,两组工作流程所耗时间之间进行比较。结果:优化接台手术流程组(B组)所用的手术周转时间明显短于原接台手术流程组(A组)(P0.05)。结论:优化接台手术流程,可以提高手术室的工作效率。

Efficiency of optimize surgery in a row in the flow-sheet of management to the anaesthesia section

Objective：To study the optimized surgery in a row the flow-sheet of management to increasing the work efficiency. Methods：The time of operating room optimized surgery in a row were analyzed ten surgical operation department with 800 cases of the surgery in a row, A group： surgery flow group originally, B group： optimized surgery of flow-sheet. The statistics meet between time A and B group patent’s turn round, purify and disinfection, start the induction of anaesthesia. Two groups of work flows consume between the times to carry on the comparison. Results：The comparison A and B of mean numerical changes had significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：By using the optimized surgery in a row the flow-sheet of management to increasing all surgical department work efficiency.
