| 摘 要： | 结合当前高校毕业生的就业形势，针对学校、用人单位和学生在就业工作中存在的问题，从胜任特征的概念出发，把高校的人才培养和学生的职业发展结合起来，提出从全社会人力资源管理角度出发建立高校人才培养、用人单位人才招聘、学生职业规划三方协调和共同发展的管理体系。
