260名医学生SCL—90和EPQ调查结果的初步分析

目的：研究医学生心理卫生状态，为开展心理卫生教育和咨询等提供理论依据。方法：应用SCL－90和EPQ对260名医学生进行调查。结果：大学生的SCL-90各因均分、阳性项目数均高于国内常模同龄组，女生的心理问题多于男生；来自贫困地区学生的心理问题较多。结论：产生这些心理问题的基础可能是人格上的缺陷。提示了利用SCL-90划分有无基本身心健康的概念。表明了在大学中建立学生心理健康档案、开展心理卫生教育和心理咨询工作的重要性，并为搞好这些工作提供了科学依据。
