| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨射频消融对机体免疫功能的影响。材料与方法:将27只荷VX2肝癌新西兰白兔分为射频消融组(10只)、酒精注射组(10只)和实验对照组(7只),观察荷瘤兔实验前后sIL-2R变化。检测20例肝细胞癌(HCC)患者射频消融前后CD4 、CD8 、CD4 ?CD8 比值和sIL-2R,并与25名健康体检者进行比较。结果:动物实验表明:射频消融组实验前后sIL-2R无显著变化;酒精注射组和实验对照组实验后sIL-2R显著升高。临床研究表明:20例HCC患者与健康对照者相比CD4 、CD4 ?CD8 显著降低,sIL-2R显著增高;射频消融治疗后CD4 、CD4 ?CD8 显著升高,sIL-2R显著降低。结论:射频消融治疗肝癌可在一定程度上改善患者的抗肿瘤免疫抑制状态。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of radiofrequency ablation (RFA)on the immune state of patients with hepato-cellular carcinoma.Methods:Twenty-seven New Zealand rabbits with VX 2 liver tumor were divided into3groups randomly.Ten rabbits were treated by RFA in the first group.Ten rabbits were treated by ethanol injection (EI)in the second group.No treatment was applied to the7rabbits in the third group for experimental control.sIL-2R of all animals was examined before operation and3weeks after operation.The changes of CD4 ,CD8 ,CD4 ?CD8 ,and sIL-2R were observed before and after RFA.Results:CD4 and CD4 ?CD8 value increased and sIL-2R markedly decreased,the change of CD8 has no remarkable significance.Conclusion:RFA can improve the patient 's restrained immune to tumor. |
