急性脑梗死各亚型患者的血脂水平分析

目的 探讨血脂水平与急性脑梗死各亚型的关系。方法 检测167名急性脑梗死患血脂的6项指标，并同对照组进行比较分析；对梗塞组按TOAST病因分型方法分类后，各亚型与对照组进行比较。结果 脑梗死组患的TC、TG、LDL及ApoB水平显高于对照组，ApoA水平低于对照组。亚组比较中，LAA组TG、TC、LDL及ApoB明显高于对照组；SAA组TG、LDL、ApoB高于对照组。各型的HDL与对照组比较均无显性差异。结论 脂代谢紊乱是脑梗死的危险因素，它与LAA与SAA的发生关系更为密切。

Analysis of Blood Lipid Levels in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the relationship between blood lipid and apolipoprotein levels and the subtypes of acute cerebral infarction(CI). Methods Total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), HDL, LDL and apolipoprotein A, B (apo-A, B) in 167 patients with acute cerebral infarction and 60 normal control subjects. Compare the level of lipid in the subtypes of CI with that of the control group. Results The levels of TC, TG, LDL,and apo-B in patients with cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the controls. The TG, TC, LDL and apo-B levels were much higher in patients with LAA than controls. The TG, LDL and apo-B level were much higher in patients with SAA than controls. There was no significant difference in HDL levels between the patients with cerebral infarction and the controls. Conclusions Disturbance of blood lipid metabolism is a risk factor for cerebra infarction. It is commonly found in patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease whatever the etiologic subtype, whereas it is related more to LAA and SAA.
