摘    要:数字化人脑图谱是神经外科手术计划、模型驱动分割和教学的重要工具。本文介绍了一个基于MR图像的数字脑图谱,通过一个交互式的多浏览器,提供脑结构的解剖标识和三维显示。

Abstract:Digital brain atlas is a powerful tool in surgical planning, model driven segmentation and teaching of neuroanatomy. A 3D system of digital brain atlas is being developed based on a MRI dataset to visualize spatially complex structures of human brain. The relationship between structures is known through the hierarchical representation.
